Nazym Karpikova founded her brand in 2014. Over the years, ARUNAZ has become one of the most recognizable fashion houses in Kazakhstan. The brand’s collections are regularly showcased at Kazakhstan Fashion Week (KFW) as well as on runways in Paris, Milan, and Berlin.
Her style is known for harmoniously combining current trends with Eastern influences. ARUNAZ designs are loved by many Kazakh celebrities, including Aisha, Madina Sadvakassova, Roza Rymbayeva, Bayan Alaguzova, Lido, Kamshat Zholdybaeva, and others.
The brand has participated in international competitions and shows, receiving high praise from European critics. In 2018, Nazym studied in Paris under fashion professor Adelina Andre.
ARUNAZ’s signature airy dresses created a sensation on the runway in Paris, attracting the attention of renowned models and media outlets.
In 2019, together with Bayan Alaguzova, Nazym launched the collaborative project “Bayan x ARUNAZ.” In addition to fashion shows, the brand collaborates with theatres, releases exclusive collections, and takes part in major national projects.
